Washington Municipal Scientist to Study Image Shifting

Washington - The Washington Municipal Scientist has announced that she will begin a study to determine if a study is needed to determine what data may be needed to develop various seminars to discuss the recent image shifting first discovered in one of the shoe boxes holding the Municipal Archives at the Washington Free Public Library.  "We are only at the pre-data gathering stage at this point," Washington's scientist said today.  "In only a most preliminary way we are referring to the so-called event as "Image Shifting".  Further study will be needed to correctly name the phenomena.
