Council of Proctors Issues New Certificate Honoring Itself
Fieldville - The beloved Council of Proctors has issued a certificate honoring it's achievements. Every dutiful citizen will want one gracing their walls.

Nicely executed -- especially the "dingbats" that closely resemble the Beloved Supreme Leader, not that the BSL is dingbat, mind you; merely admiring the details. In order to avoid any possible retribution, I am not going sign this, as I normally would, with my name or any other identifying information. Instead, I will simply close with "PRM in Rural Brighton", and let someone else endure the potential wrath of the Council of Proctors and/or The BSL.
