Fieldville Citizens Urged to Use More Water

Fieldville - The Proctor of Human Resources and Utilities said today, citizens are not using enough Fieldville water.  He suggested that some maybe using illegal wells.  Citizens are reminded that using water not taxed by Fieldville is a crime and is punishable in several unpleasant ways.
