Fieldville - the Proctor of Justice and Taxes has issued side arms to all tax enforcers, to assure fair and balanced justice.  In addition, the proctor has set up a ticket booth at the entrance of Old Fieldville, to recapture the cost of raking the leaves and the proctors' time making policies concerning the myth of demockrazy in the old city.
