Proctors Reject Use of Mindless Dummies

Fieldville - The Council of Proctors has issued a decree entitled: NON-USE HALF-HEADED WINDOW MODELS.  All citizen-storekeepers are required to remove any models which fall into the above category.
The Proctor of Retail and Small Musical Instruments was quoted as saying, "I have half a mind to take them out myself."
