South Fieldville Requires Facades

South Fieldville - Here on the shores of Mud Lake, South Fieldville has issued a fiat, with the blessing of the Dear Supreme Leader, requiring facades.  "We will no longer allow open lots to disturb the citizens as they pass on their important business," stated the Proctor of Signs and Rules.
