Check Your Backdoor for Flightless Birds

Fieldville - The palace issued a statement regarding reports of a flightless bird in Fieldville. "Reports of a large flightless bird within the free territories of Fieldville are completely unfounded.  The Council of Proctors believe that the superstition of a large flightless bird carrying away the sun originated in the so-called Artists' District.  Citizens should feel safe in their homes as long as they have paid their taxes and complied with all emergency procedures issued by the Council. The Council of Proctors wishes to remind all citizens that Biff has been found and all is well.
