When Cats Go Bad

Fieldville - Fieldville's pigeon population is furious about yet something else this week.  As you may recall earlier they were complaining about all the dirty humans that were infesting the ground around Cob Park, now they're complaining about cats.  As you know Fieldville's cats all live in the Artists' District as it is not considered patriotic for a citizen to harbor a cat in his residence after the unfortunate and unprovoked war with Cattown.
