Fieldville, The Palace - Our Dear Beloved Supreme Leader has been personally tracking Grimy Claws as he makes his way from the North Pole near Suburbandale to the skies above Fieldville.  As the sun disappears this year no one has heard from Biff since his encounter with the Evil Monster Zombie Thingie.  Barring a miracle, Fieldville will be defenceless against Grimy Claws.  The Proctor of Justice and Taxes assures citizens, current on their tax payments, they will be safe if they follow all emergency edicts and compulsory behaviors.
