Fieldville - In a bold move the Council of Proctors has added a lavatory facility dedicated solely to residents. The well know sturdy brick structure that has served citizens for years now has neighbor, but not too close. Citizens are urged to instruct residents as to the proper use of the new facility. The Council of Proctors has warned that if the facility is not kept up in a most hygienic manner it will be removed.
