Fieldville - the traditional pardoning of the bird on Bird Eve went a bit off, when the Dear Supreme Leader's train was late from South Fieldville. Sources say that the train was late due to a computer glitch related to the recent problems with Friend Book. Dear Supreme Leader's train arrived hours late and with a rather grumpy exalted passenger. By the time the Dear Supreme Leader arrived at the palace gates it was a bit late for the ceremonial bird pardoning. This year's unlucky bird had been named Mortimer and was to be released in Cob Park to live out his life between the tires, cones, and rubble there.
